It is recommended to use the main entrance of Babson College for directions and GPS. The West Gate entrance is closed on weekends and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. weekdays.

From the East:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 15 (Interstate 95/Route 128). After the tolls, follow signs to Route 95/128 South to Exit 21 (Route 16 Newton/Wellesley).

From the West:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 14 (Interstate 95/Route 128). After the tolls, follow signs to Route 95/128 South to Exit 21 (Route 16 Newton/Wellesley).

From the South:

Follow Route 95/128 North to Exit 21 (Route 16 Newton/Wellesley).

From the North: 

Follow Route 95/128 South to Exit 21 (Route 16 Newton/Wellesley).

From Exit 21:

At end of the off-ramp, follow signs for Route 16 West (Washington Street). Continue on Route 16 West for 2 miles through Newton Lower Falls and Wellesley Hills. Turn left onto Forest Street and follow for 1 mile to Babson College; the main entrance is on the right.

On-campus Directions:

Stay on College Drive through the campus. At the second stop sign, take a left and your first right onto Babson Way. Bear left at the fork onto Snyder Drive and the Babson Executive Conference Center (BECC) parking garage will be on your left. The atrium lobby is located just ahead.

The MMA has rooms blocked for the event at the Babson Executive Conference Center.

Single Occupancy: $189.00 before taxes and a service charge.  A full breakfast is included with your stay.

Double Occupancy: $209.00 before taxes and a service charge.  A full breakfast is included with your stay.

There are also numerous hotels about three miles from the Babson Executive Conference Center in Needham, Massachusetts including a Residence Inn and the Sheraton.

Housing fees are not part of the Symposium registration fee, though Babson Executive Conference Center has provided discounts for the blocked rooms.
